Why coaching?
Coaching is an effective way to break through the personal biases we all have. It’s difficult for individuals on their own to recognize the self-imposed limits and barriers in front of their face. Having a trusted professional willing to focus on your needs can inspire life-changing breakthroughs for people. I’ll meet you with a gentle but probing heart, offering ways to empower you to be who you want to be and do what you want to do with your precious life.
Is coaching a type of therapy?
Coaching is not therapy, and a coach is not a trained therapist. Coaching deals with transformation in the here and now, guiding you toward supporting yourself in achieving your goals today,helping you get clear and focused about the kind of life you want to live.
How quickly will I see results?
Something will start to change in you as soon as you decide to support yourself in this way. The goal isn’t to foster a reliance on your coach, but to expand self-awareness, help put things in perspective, and get you started on a path that serves your highest good. I do ask you to purchase at least three sessions, which is why I offer low cost packages. How long you work with me after that is entirely up to you.
